Updates on Two Malibu Residences

With numerous residences in development, we're excited to share updates on two Malibu homes. Both projects boast breathtaking landscapes and ocean views, seamlessly blending luxury and comfort with their natural surroundings.

Pacific View

Pacific View, a home that has been in the works for years, is situated within the Santa Monica Mountains, offering breathtaking views from the valley to the ocean. The design respects the natural terrain, with the home stepping down in accordance with the landscape, undulating from two stories to a single story with an exposed basement to minimize the massing in relation to the surrounding topography. The home’s design integrates water tanks and solar power, emphasizing eco-friendly living. The design aims to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, utilizing pocketing and sliding door systems to seamlessly connect the two, allowing homeowners to enjoy Malibu's superb climate fully.

Harbor Vista

Perched in the Malibu hills, Harbor Vista began as a developer's project and has evolved into a custom home tailored to the new owners' desires. The main house occupies the highest point of the property, while the guest house is situated on the lower part. The pool, positioned to the East, takes advantage of the site's topography. The entrance of the home faces the ocean, featuring an entry courtyard with a gate and privacy wall, which connects interior and exterior spaces while screening views of vehicles from the living areas. Floor-to-ceiling Awake aluminum doors with minimal frames provide a sleek look that maximizes views and minimizes visual interruptions. A 12-foot wide by 50-foot lap pool with a waterfall edge will overlook the ocean, enhancing the home's luxurious appeal.
